The Thirsty Crow
So, there was once a crow, flying happily above the clouds. The crow was full of joy and it suddenly felt thirsty. It looked around and couldn't see any sign of water. The only thing it saw was a tall cylinder jar with a few drops of water in it.
It was tall, and narrow, a bit too tall, and narrow. It's beak wasn't long enough to reach the water.
It was tall, and narrow, a bit too tall, and narrow. It's beak wasn't long enough to reach the water.
The crow flew up again in search for a solution. It came by a river and decided to drink from it. But then, right next to him, sitting on a huge rock, it saw a huge lion. The lion was wise and knew what the crow was about to do and what it has been doing. The lion said: "Can't you find any other place to drink? Is this world not big enough for you? By the way, that river might have pulled you with it!"
"I have searched everywhere but I couldn't find a drop of water. I only managed to find a tall, cylinder jar with a few drops of water in it.", replied the crow.
"Ooh. I might have a solution for that.", said the lion. The lion gave the crow some pebbles and it also told the crow what it has to do with them.
When the crow came back to the jar, it placed the pebbles in the jar and soon, the water starts to rise. In the end, the crow wasn't thirsty anymore and it flew across the mountains, again.
