The Wise Man

A long time ago, there laid a bridge that was made to cross a massive river. This bridge was very unstable, it has been there for centuries and centuries. The bridge could only hold 1 animal at a time. The animals in the jungle knew this too well, when an animal is on the bridge, the other one waited.

One time, an arrogant donkey was crossing the river when a goat on the other side also wanted to cross. The goat and the donkey slowly moved and they both expected the other one to walk backwards, but it didn't happen. When the 2 animals did meet up, they stood still and slowly pushed each other backwards. Animals that were close by slowly gathered around them, they were all very scared. They didn't want the bridge to break. If it broke, some animals couldn't cross the river anymore. They would be stuck on 1 side, and indeed, the bridge broke. The helpless goat and donkey drowned and died. The animals were very sad, they could do nothing about it but hope for the best that another 2 legged, no haired monkey will come walking by.

The next morning, a squirrel climbed around the jungle when it saw a 2 legged, no haired monkey, it was a wise man. He had a big woollen thing around his body, a cloak. The squirrel quickly jumped on the wise, old man and he jumped up from the shock! The squirrel told him about the bridge, and somehow, the wise man understood the squirrel and followed it into the jungle. When he arrived at the river, the wise, old man had a plan. He asked the squirrel if it could bring an elephant to him. The squirrel hurried into the far distance and when the wise man was alone, he looked around and saw lots of animals behind him, they were all behind bushes and tree trunks. They were all very shy. The wise man sat on a log and gazed at the river.

The squirrel came back after an hour and brought back a massive elephant. The wise man asked the elephant to pick up the log he was sitting on and to place it over the river. It will create for a dangerous bridge but it worked. The animals were very happy, not only because they got their bridge back, but they also learned how to get themselves a new bridge if this one broke.

So, that was the story of the wise old man. He was indeed very wise, but how did he get so wise? Read that in another story...

I looked closely to the the statue and realised it pictured a king, on his throne, he had a staff in his hand and an orb floating on his left hand. The king pictured as a statue also wore an amulet, similar to the one the panther wore. He remembered that the amulet the panther wore missed a piece, but this amulet was mysteriously exactly the same, it wasn't the other piece, it was 100% identical. Dr. Phobia grabbed his computer out of his mini baggage and he actually couldn't set up the PC himself, the PC was sitting on his table for years or even decades, he just can't remember how everything worked with the setting up of something that old. So Tosh helped him, Tosh actually had studied with computers, so it was not that surprising to Dr. Phobia, but he was okay with the result, the computer worked and it was faster than ever before, after Tosh deleted some duplicate files and managed the RAM. They quickly went on the internet and searched up for dozens of social medias and made accounts in them, they advertised in lots of different ways and Tosh was even forced to walk out of the door and hold a piece of cardboard saying: "Please subscribe, follow and read Dr. Phobia's social media." The Lost City (Part 3)

So the training started, we began by walking through a series of old hallways and that is when I actually realise how big the castle was, I couldn't even imagine how powerful of a kingdom all this was. It took ages until we reach what seems to be the backyard. The backyard was very swampy and unlucky for me, it started to rain, it had a stone wall around it, which surprisingly still stands, vines have grown everywhere, moss has covered, pretty much what was a stone pathway. A few feet ahead lay some sort of target for archery, it wasn't a full circle anymore, it was a semi archery target. I hoped to not do archery, I quite had enough experience that I wasn't good in it, and luckily, he grabbed an old wooden stick. He gave it to me and told me to throw the stick into the middle.
